The Kaaba Kaaba or Ka’aba is a large cuboid building in the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca. His names are approximate transcript of the Arab الكعبة meaning cube. It is above all to her that Muslims turn to their daily prayers.
The symbolism of the Kaaba empty means it can not be an object of worship for the believer. It symbolizes the unity of Muslims who worship the one God, and is the place towards which prayer. It is around the Kaaba as pilgrims perform the seven rounds of tawaf, also called circumambulation.
There would be two separate according to tradition Kaaba, one land for men and the other for the heavenly angels.
